What is sleep apnea?

The sleeping problem called sleep apnea is well known today. Certain pauses in the air intake that cause the patients to wake up throughout the night are a major problem faced by many people. People with this sleeping disorder will feel drowsy with severe headache when they wake up. Their whole day will be ruined because of their drowsiness. Sleep apnea means “cessation of breath.” It is characterized by repetitive episodes of upper airway obstruction that occur during sleep, usually associated with a reduction in blood oxygen saturation. In other words, the airway becomes obstructed at several possible sites. The upper airway can be obstructed by excess tissue in the airway, large tonsils, a large tongue and usually includes the airway muscles relaxing and collapsing when asleep. In sleep apnea, your breathing stops or gets very shallow. Each pause in breathing typically lasts 10 to 20 seconds or more. These pauses can occur 20 to 30 times or more an hour.

Exercising In Order to Lose Weight

I am very happy because I got a job. I was unemployed for like a month and now I finally have a job. The only thing that I don’t like about this new job I have is how far it is from my house. I have to take three trains and one bus in order to get to my job. It takes more than hour to get there. I work in a small company that is located in Manhattan.

This Monday I plan on going to the gym that is next to my job. I want to lose body fat and build muscle. I plan on working out for about one hour or so.

Apple may be showing signs of another imminent iPhone release. The rumors primarily stem from the the latest update for the iPhone firmware which are believed to reference a hardware update as well. There are also claims from website traffic analytics that Apple may already have been testing out several new iPhone models since October of last year says iPhone 3G Hard Case. So what do you guys think will be some of the features of the next Apple iPhone? Copy & Paste?? A fancy bell? We at iPhonespies would like to fantasize about a pico-projector but it looks like Samsung is ahead of the curve on that.

A Good Move

Today I was thinking about all the things that I would like to change. The way I have been running my business, the way I spend my time, and the way I interact with friends and family. Although I’m not proud of the way that I have been running my life, I know that I have the freedom to change at any point. The first change I’d like to make, is a change to my daily diet. I’ve been looking into a colon cleanser review online, that I think I’m going to try. After I lose weight I know I’ll feel better about myself. This is the first step in the right direction.
