I had been trying to sell my house for over six months, and after no offers and very ineffective marketing, I finally got frustrated and cancelled the listing. I realized that I needed to get a real estate agent who really knew the business and the area of Hill Country Ranch, so I called and had my property listed by a great agent. I was impressed with his portfolio, and I had heard great things about him from other satisfied buyers and sellers. This time around, my house sold within the month, and I know that the aggressive marketing and determination of our agent had everything to do with it.

I am considering buying a new cell phone, but I am not sure which one I want.  I want one that is affordable, but I want something that has a lot of different features.  I think the main thing I want is for the realtones of my choice to sound very well every time someone calls me.  I decided to seek the advice of best friend because she happens to manage a cell phone company.  She really helped me choose the phone that was perfect for me and I think I will like it.  I even get a few ringtones for free just my new purchase.

A Weakness for Featured Shoes

I am generally a reasonably frugal woman. I’m not a big fan of expensive bags, makeup or other impracticalities. I am a mother, so I just can’t afford to be. However, I have a weakness for shoes. I have featured shoes for every occasion. If I want to dress up, I may choose stylish pumps. For the beach, I have breezy sandals. For everyday casual, I prefer Mary Jane’s, and have several different pairs. In the summer, I keep a few pairs of daily wear sandals. I can not stand for my feet to be stuffy when the weather is warm! I also have clogs, tennis shoes, dressy sandals and a pair of stylish boots. Luckily, I’ve never been really hard on things, so I get a lot of wear out of all the shoes I own. There’s just nothing that completes my look like the perfect pair of shoes.
