Property Management Company Needs Automated Inventory

I attended a business conference in Chicago last month and spent quite a bit of time talking to the CEO of a large corporation that handles property management of vacation homes in six states. I was surprised that he said he was in the market for a company that does fixed asset inventory. I never realized a property management company would employ such a service. He told me that although he does rentals, he owns cleaning equipment, lawn care supplies, golf carts and even a small aircraft he uses to get from state to state. He decided it would be cost effective to get his inventory automated.
