Why Career Management Is Important For Career Progression

You need to ask yourself where you want to be at certain periods in your life. Do you have aims of where you want to be at 25 for example? This is where career management is important. Before you know it, you could be at the same job for ten years and will have not progressed in your career at all. I set myself aims of where I want to be. I have always wanted to write and now after three months of unpaid work after university, I have landed a job in London. I am still working out where I want to be at 25, but what I know is that I have hit my first target
