Physicians have contracts with private insuance companies that set their fees. The physicians contract’s with other insurance companies and Medicaid have no bearing on one or the other. For example, I could charge Aetna $1,000 dollars advice for newlyweds a service that we had previously agreed by contract was to be reimbursed $100, they will only pay me $100. Medicaid may pay me $75 for the same service and UHC may pay me $125. If Medicaid decides to pay me $50, the others don’t pay me more. I could raise my fees to $2000, my insurance companies will pay me the precontracted amount. Period.

Financially saavy providers drop the bad payors. The Mayo Clinic is no longer a participating provider for Medicare.

Neon signs custom made are a way for the people that want things the way they want it to have just that. They can get the start that they want and don’t have to worry. There is no need to worry about not being your best. You can shine because you can get your name, state, of size just the way that you want it. That is amazing that you can get a sign that way. Some people don’t like the idea because they have no idea where they would put it. There is no need to get things in this manner because you don’t need it. Get something that you want and ne happy with it. I have decided that is what I am going to do for now on. I am going to make me happy and if I want a sign I am going to get it no matter what.

LLCs are ‘pass-through’ entities, yes, but your point is still incomplete. LLCs may sometimes make distributions of income or of capital proceeds, the latter either as a result of a sale of asset(s) or, in some cases, as a result of the entity returning capital as result of a recapitalizing an asset or its operations. Income distributions from an LLC would be classified by the recipient the same as they are classified when received by the LLC, in other words as either ordinary income or as a dividend, and taxed accordingly. Distributions resulting from sale with a profit would be a capital gain (taxed at 15%) and distributions as a result of a debt refinancing may sometimes trigger no tax (temporarily) for the recipient, but would lower the recipient’s basis in the investment, thereby increasing his eventual taxable profit when/if the asset(s) of the LLC is eventually sold.

As a husband of a private-school teacher, I can tell you she makes considerably less (only 70% or so) of her public peers, with only a 401(k) option and no pension. I can also tell you that the school she teaches in turns out students with excellent mathematical and writing skills, many of whom have gone on to very successful careers. That they do it with an administrative staff of 4 people (principal, two secretaries, and a librarian) says a lot about the waste of the public school bureaucracy, most of it foisted on us by the liberals and their regulations.

here is a statistic for you. the good old usa has the highest percentage of teen advice pregnancies in the developed world. of in the case most of those pregnancies, the single teenage mother does not have the money to cover the costs of all the medical procedures involved. so who pays for those. i have news for you lady…YOU DO, in the form higher insurance costs, larger co-payments, higher out of pocket costs for prescriptions, and yes even higher costs for the nations doctors and nurses to get educated. so before you go on talking about how everybody should pay for their own birth control you should read up on basic macro-economics and try to understand the world outside you tiny little bubble and realize that the more folks that use birth control and contraceptives the less money you will be spending in the long run on insurance and health care costs

The double standard is appalling but so are Santorum and Obama’s position on gay funny marriage advice. I don’t care if people are opposed to gay marriage by a 99% margin. The 14th Amendment bans the government from discriminating on the basis of sex. They have no right to dictate the sex of who I marry.

And why is the federal government even involved? It’s a free country…I’ll marry who I wish and decide my own morality. My choice of marriage partner does not infringe on anyone else at all.

Socially conservative Republicans have an uncanny knack for being on the wrong side of history and it will doom them in this election. The result…we elect socialists who bankrupt us.

Criticism On “Debt Deal May Hit Medicare”

You totally missed the point I was making in my statement, however I will say that if 2 pennies on the dollar kept someone away from preventative services, they must not really give a rats ## about their health. Some people are destined to always be broke no matter their situation.

We need Medicare, especially for the things that break up advice people financially. If you went to the doctor and the bill was $250 or $ $255 do you really think it would keep you away ? If the answer is yes, then I can only say that it is a fact of life, some people are destined to always be dumb and broke.
