Shopping With my Husband

I wanted to get out of the house and I invited my husband along. He told me he wanted to go to a few stores while we were out. I smiled and told him I was ready to leave. I knew what stores he wanted to visit, so I told him we should go to them first. I decided to wait in the car while he went inside to see if they had any sim only deals. I did not have to wait long before I saw him walk out of the store with a bag in his hand. I am so happy he found what he needed.

Wednesday’s cellphone was broken, so she drove to the local mall to find a repair place. The cellphone section of the mall was on the second floor. She approached a stall, where a man holding a screwdriver and what appeared to be a circuit board smiled at her from behind the counter. “How can I help you today?” Wednesday explained that her cellphone, an old Nokia model, was not charging. The man put down the screwdriver and circuit board and inspected the cellphone. He then advised Wednesday to simply buy a new cellphone battery to fix the problem.

Facebook Home Page Modified By Prankster

I was really surprised when I logged into Facebook one day last year, and saw the heading on the Facebook homepage. Instead of the usual message, the heading on the homepage now read “We’ve changed our homepage because we wanted to copy Twitter”. I thought it was a joke at first, so I called my cousin Percy, who worked at the facebook uk office. He sheepishly told me that they’d only just noticed that someone modified the home page, and no, it was not a joke. Somebody, possibly someone from their office, had modified the homepage and it was quite embarrassing for Facebook. I laughed. He told me they were taking the page down but before they did that, I took a screenshot of the homepage for posterity.
