My Dreams Answered By the Gulf Coast Claims Facility
September 7th, 2010 by admin
There are tears in my eyes at this moment. No not tears of sadness or anger, but tears of joy and gratitude. My sentiments extend towards the Gulf Coast Claims Facility. Words alone cannot express the depth of my happiness for the treatment I have received from the facilitators of this fund. My name is Sue Ellen Brimstone and I have a parasailing business off the coast of Texas. As you can imagine, business is down and I was worried sick. But thanks to the generous funds I will receive from this fund, I know I’ll be able keep my business running.

More To It Than Meets The Eye
September 6th, 2010 by admin
When an individual is called upon or hired to be an accident reconstruction expert witness, it’s more than a days work he’s undertaking. He has a lot more to do than show up in a suit and sound knowledgeable on the stand. To be a good witness, he or she should only offer up opinions and advice about areas that he is 100% sure of. The expert has to be up to date on time lines and how they pertain to the subject at hand. For example, he must know the rules as they applied to the case when it happened, not the laws that apply to the situation now.

BP is To Blame
August 29th, 2010 by admin
After visiting my mother in Louisiana this past week, I am even more disgusted with BP right now. I just learned that they have had a number of safety violations over the years so they knew there was a problem. People are really suffering in the region which has not completely recovered from Hurricane Katrina. I want to know if the Gulf Coast Claims Facility is going to pay all of these people. I have heard that some groups will be excluded which is just not fair. When one person in the community is unemployed, it affects many. Now thousands in the oil industry are out of work and it is all BP’s fault.

Deciding to Divorce
August 23rd, 2010 by admin
I never thought I would be searching for an attorney. My husband and I have tried for years to make our marriage work and finally we are both are tired of trying. My best friend is a divorce attorney and she is going to represent me in the proceedings. My husband and I are hoping for an amicable divorce. I am happy we just have to divide property and not decide on custody of children since we did not have any. I am happy with the decision we made and I am sure I will move on with my life to start a new chapter.

An onlooker Who Witnesses Lawrence’s Mishap Gave His a Business Card Saying He’d Happily Represent Him in Court
August 22nd, 2010 by admin
My friend Lawrence had a summer job mowing lawns for different clients. For this one particular customer, he used his riding lawn mower since the yard was so big. One day when doing this client’s yard, the mower ran over his foot by accident. An onlooker rushed him to the emergency room to get medical treatment. This onlooker also happened to be an Accident Lawyer, and said his firm would be honored to represent Lawrence should he choose to use their services. Well it was a no-brainer for him, and said he’s be by as soon as he was feeling better.

I love working in the United States.
August 4th, 2010 by admin
When Google Inc. hired me to be a program analyst I had no way of knowing what I was getting into. I got to come and work in America through a H1-B Visa. I have learned so much through the years and have loved every minute of my job. They have allowed me to experience things that I would not have been able to otherwise. I discovered that there are many different ways to do my job and that so much can be learned from other people. I hope that I get to keep on learning new things and loving my job as much as I do right now.

Being Proactive About my Charges
July 31st, 2010 by admin
When people are charged with a DUI, they might not know what their next step should be. Some people try to put it off and do not do anything to get the charges dismissed. They just try to live their lives as if nothing even happened. I was the opposite of these people when I was charged with a DUI as I was proactive in searching through the various dui lawyers. I made sure to work with a lawyer I could trust after meeting with this lawyer several different times. It felt good to show up at court with a plan to avoid jail time.

Smart Consumers Can Find Really Great Prices On Just About Anything
July 22nd, 2010 by admin
Any savvy consumer will tell you that any object can be found at a discounted price. Whether it’s food, clothing, electronics, furniture, vehicles, or even housing, it can all be negotiated. For example, a great way to save money on groceries is to buy most major parts of your diet at a bulk foods grocery store, such as CostCo. Although the shopping trip may seem more expensive at the time, because you are forced to buy in large amounts, in the end it is cheaper because the food lasts for a much longer time. When buying clothing, it is financially smart to shop at overstock stores such as Ross or TJ Maxx - they’re the same clothes, at significantly discounted prices! When shopping for a car, a consumer can usually find much better deals buying from a person, instead of an unfair consumer dealership. If you know how to wheel and deal, you can usually purchase a vehicle at a price much lower than blue book value.
