Effective Sleep Cycles

February 23rd, 2010 by admin

I blame my heavy schedule and unremarkable work hours to skipping breakfast, having some or no lunch and going home straight to bed. In the middle of the night, I would wake up to take a midnight snack then go to sleep after. This habit bothered me because I would’ve had a straight night’s sleep if I just made dinner or something. I was perennially hungry and sleepy. I didn’t know which to do first! I was always dozing off at work when I could. I needed to take care of myself. My younger brother told me to take things easy and try the caveman diet. It gives you renewed energy in the morning, makes you eat all the dinner you want and allows you to grace through breakfast and lunch. Slowly, I got the “better sleep” I always wanted and the meal habits I used to have.
