I want to do a home colon cleanse before my pregnancy

I don’t know if this is totally safe or not, so I would really like some feedback from people in the medical profession or from others who might have an educated answer. My husband and I are planning to have children, but before I get pregnant I would really like to do a home colon cleanse. The only problem is, is that I don’t know if it’s totally safe to do this without supervision. I’m pretty sure that it is because it’s all natural, but you can never be too safe and that’s why I’m asking now — does anyone know?
