It’s Just Not So!

It’s amazing how people hear a supposed fact and run with it. Have you ever heard that chocolate really has more caffeine than coffee? Most people have had that bit of trivia dumped in their heads. However, when you really look into fun chocolate facts, it becomes pretty clear that this is just a misconception. In fact, coffee has much more caffeine than chocolate. Coffee has about 11-150 mg per eight oz cup while even dark chocolate only has 5-10 mg per ounce. Obviously, there is much more caffeine in coffee. However, every time it is repeated, the legend lives on for another day.
