Looking for Easy Guitar Lesson

I am a 45 year old mom of 3.  I have been a housewife for over 25 years and now that my kids have all gone to college, I would really like a new hobby.  I have tried cooking lessons and baking lessons.  I now want to build my musical talent.  What I need is an instructional guide for easy guitar lesson.  I need one that I could learn on my own easily without having to consult anyone else.  I also want a video that is entertaining.  I want to have fun while learning the guitar.  I heard that there are interactive videos that you can jam with.
