Another reason why you many be able to find Ugg boots discounts is because a retailer may have order too many of one style, or it may not have been as big of a seller as anticipated and so they have a massive amount of overstock in their inventory and must get rid of them quickly in order to make room for the incoming season.  These retailers will send their overstock to discount stores and sell them for the wholesale price.  They may not make a large profit, but they have freed up much needed space inside of their stockroom for new Ugg boots waiting to be sold at a higher retail price.
