More To It Than Meets The Eye

When an individual is called upon or hired to be an accident reconstruction expert witness, it’s more than a days work he’s undertaking. He has a lot more to do than show up in a suit and sound knowledgeable on the stand. To be a good witness, he or she should only offer up opinions and advice about areas that he is 100% sure of. The expert has to be up to date on time lines and how they pertain to the subject at hand. For example, he must know the rules as they applied to the case when it happened, not the laws that apply to the situation now.
