Fake Doctors Notes Templates

Many of us work a 9 to 5 job and find it hard to get out of bed in the morning, we don’t want to do it but we have to pay the bills. Is 2 weeks of vacation per year enough? I don’t think it is, I think a month off for vacation would do people wonders and I think during the year you would be just as productive. I found some fake doctors notes templates I use sometimes when I don’t have the energy to work. I wouldn’t consider myself lazy but doing my employee a favor. If I did go into work tired as hell and I wouldn’t do much anyways so what’ the point of coming in? I still would get paid for that day but could catch some unnecessary heat form the boss man.
