Stellar Performance From The Zhu Zhu Pets

Having been released at the end of August (following a month long marketing trail in Phoenix), Zhu Zhu pets - the squad of motorized hamsters - are absolutely dominating the sales charts. The last time I checked, the Amazon Toys and Games Bestsellers list had eight out of the top ten slots occupied by either the Zhu Zhu pet hamsters themselves or one of the many toys and accessories available for them. Looking a bit further down the list, fifteen of the top twenty five slots were occupied by the popular little Zhu Zhus. Based on this performance, there can be little doubt that Zhu Zhu pets will be one of the stellar performers in the 2009 Christmas toy market.
