payment and guest appearances for whatever reason deemed
appropriate to protect the interest of their audience. This
order represents the entire contract between the client and Gold
Rush TV. Gold Rush TV retains the copyright to all materials
produced by Gold Rush Network. Any oral modifications will not
be considered to part of this agreement. Acceptance of this
contract by client constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of
the terms outlines herein. Gold Rush TV will not be responsible
for transmission losses or other reasons which may affect the
broadcast of the program in certain cities. Program fees are non
